This page preserves the subjects included in the December 2024 year-end bulletin. The original message was attributed to Derek McKercher as director and thanked staff for work completed during the year. Promotional language has been removed, while the dated organisational and staff context remains available.
Operating record for 2024
The bulletin stated that the group installed more than 3.5 MW of solar generation capacity during 2024 and supported additional battery storage work. No retained installation register, reporting period definition, capacity methodology or independent dataset accompanied that figure. It is therefore preserved as an unverified statement from the internal record.
The bulletin also marked 2024 as 20 years since the original McKercher electrical business began. The current corporate history sets out the entity and registration chronology.
Recognition and certification index
The year-end list referred to the following matters:
- January: Tesla Premium Certified Installer status reported for a third consecutive year. See the 2024 historical recognition record.
- February: a Tesla Performance Excellence Award for the fourth quarter of 2023, together with sales-growth and internal audit figures. See the Tesla award record, which identifies source limitations.
- March: SunWiz installer results reported for Western Australia and Australia. See the 2024 SunWiz record.
- October: an EUPD Research Top Installer recognition. See the 2024 EUPD Research record.
- October: a Sigenergy Marketing Excellence Award was listed. No primary award notice, certificate, criteria or recipient list was retained with the migrated bulletin, and no separate internal record supports the statement.
- December: a second consecutive SolarQuotes Legendary designation was listed. The available SolarQuotes historical record documents the earlier designation and notes the absence of a retained current profile or methodology URL.
- December: Bureau Veritas assessment progress was described as "Recommended/Pass" for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The later ISO certification record documents certificates issued in January 2025.
Each award or platform designation is time-bound. It does not establish current status, current ranking or suitability for a particular project.
Staff context retained from the bulletin
The internal record noted Rheice reaching ten years of service, Russell welcoming a child, and Sujan and Moly welcoming a second child during 2024. It also attributed coordination of the Bureau Veritas certification programme to Nicole Bilman.
These entries are retained as dated staff context. They do not establish current employment, tenure, family circumstances or organisational responsibilities. Current public leadership information is maintained in the people directory, including Nicole Bilman's profile.
Provenance and current-status limits
The migrated bulletin did not retain primary evidence for the 3.5 MW installation figure, the Sigenergy recognition or every third-party status listed. Linked historical records contain the provenance available elsewhere in the archive and state their own limitations.
Current certificates, licences, accreditations, rankings and business information must be confirmed from current primary records rather than inferred from this year-end index.
