Sigenergy power sensor update introduces four -WI part numbers

A July 2026 Sigenergy product notice recorded four new -WI power sensor part numbers and manufacturer-stated RS485 compatibility.

Sigenergy's Product Change Notice confirms a move from third-party sourced to Sigenergy-developed Sigen Power Sensor hardware, with new part numbers for design and ordering teams.

Revised sensor codes

Four sensor SKUs move to a new part number with a -WI suffix. The previous numbers are being phased out, and Sigenergy's CRM was updated to the new codes on 30 June.

Alongside the new codes, Sigenergy lists two functional upgrades: frequency accuracy improves from 0.5 per cent to 0.2 per cent, and the sensors add WLAN and Bluetooth connectivity.

RS485 and WiFi compatibility

PSW Energy and Perth Solar Warehouse hold Sigenergy Gold Installer status, so the range is one the group orders and installs directly.

Two points from the notice matter on site:

Ordering should reference the new -WI part numbers, since the older codes are being retired. The full datasheet and technical note are attached to Sigenergy's notice for teams that need the detailed specification.
